You may remember him as the host of Dancin’ on Air or if you’re a little older from the Al Albert’s Show in Philadelphia.

While those are notable accomplishments, Eddie Bruce, the talented orchestra leader who hails from Northeast Philadelphia, is becoming increasingly known for his incredible tribute to Tony Bennett, who turned 88 earlier this week.

Bruce, backed by the superb Tom Adams Trio,  returns to the Mauch Chunk Opera House in Jim Thorpe for third time tonight, performing Bruce on Bennett, which has wowed audiences there, at Feinstein’s in New York, the Prince Music Theater in Philadelphia and everywhere else he’s performed. Tickets are $20. Doors open at 7 p.m. Showtime is 8 p.m.
